Certificate Policy
Certificates are issued after qualifying completion and assessment. Each certificate carries an OVS Authorized Issuer Mark and online verification record.
The certificate is a completion credential with an online verification record and issuer mark.
Payment, VAT & Commercial Terms
Checkout shows the applicable price, promotion, taxable amount, VAT and total before payment. Nigerian taxable purchases use the current 7.5% standard VAT rate.
The checkout amount is the amount to pay. Nigerian taxable purchases show VAT separately before payment.
Refund & Cancellation
Refund or cancellation requests are handled according to the commercial terms shown for the programme and the payment status.

Promo codes are subject to their stated dates, course scope, usage limits and learner limits and cannot be transferred unless the campaign says otherwise.
